They gave their lives, property, and peace and sleep for the well-being of their people and their homeland. The Association should do the same.
But the liberation of the homeland in this era full of surprises cannot end with a simple and ordinary liberation and then with fake referendums and planning programs by foreigners. This homeland has been occupied by barbaric and unconstructive thought for 14 centuries, and in order to once and for all eliminate the effects of 1,400 years of captivity and bring true happiness to its trapped children, all the pains must be treated in a radical way today, when a wonderful opportunity has arisen.
The Royal Association, through a deep study of the politics and history of the homeland, both ancient and modern, has come to the conclusion that the impetus for the first devastating and incurable pains of the homeland began on the day when the hounds of the vast and vast culture and wisdom of the Iranians led to complete destruction with their demonic book burning. And when a people are separated from their motherland’s culture and knowledge, they will eventually become alien to their homeland and nationality and will take pride in their slavery and ethnic weakness. Therefore, the Iranian Royal Society, in order to eliminate this first disease, which is considered to be the most difficult disease of nations, has decided to place cultural and historical gifts at the beginning of the program for the liberation of the homeland.
In this sense, the special weapon for overthrowing the Islamic regime, which is an indisputable remnant of the murderous imaginations of the greyhound and barbarians, is nothing other than using the boundless culture and wisdom of the Iranians, which themselves are the remnants of our scholarly ancestors, world-building thinkers, sharp-sighted and intelligent artists, god-fearing and builders of human rights, free-spirited administrators of the world, and leaders and givers of a dynamic, vibrant, constructive and equal economy for the people. All these boundless values are the work of the capable hands of the wise Aryans of the free homeland before the emergence of Islam, blood, sword, death and slaughter.
Therefore, the Royal Society of Iran calls upon the deep and special attitude of the children of this land and water, from the wealthy and the poor, the villagers and the workers, the peasants and the serfs, the scholars and the ignorant, the women and men, the old and the young, to the following clauses, which are entirely taken from Iranian culture and are intended as the basis for the special popular order or the fundamental law (constitution) of Iran on the eve of independence and after the overthrow of the Islamic regime of the Tazi, and calls upon all the children of this land and water to read this special popular order or the fundamental law and the fundamental law a lot for the sake of their own well-being, their families, their children and their descendants, and to memorize its clauses. To acquaint the old men and women who are deprived of education, culture and the power of reading with the clauses of this law or special popular order (constitution), to the extent that the illiterate and uneducated can also understand the clauses of this fundamental law or the fundamental law as if they were literate. The learned shall learn and identify.
The pillars of this code of conduct have been compiled in a very simple and unadorned manner so that the agents of the future of the homeland in the future cannot play with words and take a slight step in favor of the rights of the people of society.
The first paragraph
The method of governing the land of Iran will be a free associational and consultative kingdom in which each person in this kingdom should enjoy free educational equality, a social economy, social freedoms, complete freedom of speech and writing, and freedom of thought and choice of belief. (Without the weak governments wanting to block these freedoms under any circumstances in order to support and defend their weakness)
Note 1 – In Iran, the monarchy is based on the economic equality of the people, and rural and urban residents, tribal and mountain dwellers, even gypsies and nomads, should enjoy this equality and benefit from the prosperous life that the government should provide for them from the capital and national fund.
Note 2- The government of the free monarchy of Iran is obliged to provide all those who do not have shelter with suitable housing and shelter for a peaceful and comfortable life, free of charge.
Note 3- The government of the free monarchy of Iran is obliged to provide the Iranian people who are financially weak, unemployed, and have no income with medical assistance and medical services that are 100% free and equal to the services provided to those who have them. (The holders will also enjoy relative government services when they are financially bankrupt and unemployed.)
Note 4- The royal government is obliged to provide the unemployed who cannot enter the labor market, the elderly, the sick and physically disabled, and the disabled, until it is determined that they cannot benefit from the labor market, with a weekly or monthly payment from the government fund that will manage their lives well. Experienced experts and enumerators, after examining the economic situation and inflation in the society, must measure the amount of this weekly payment to the unemployed and the needy and make it available to the members of the society.
Explanation: This social administrative method has also been taken from the culture of Iran during the reigns of Shahanshah Bahram-e-Gor, Shahanshah Qobad, Shahanshah Anushirvan, and other free princes of Iran, so that today they can make the children of Iran, who have been living happily and freely in Aryaboom after the invasion and continuation of the Tazy invasion that has lasted for 14 centuries, happy and proud.
If we look closely, since the time of Jamshid Shah, Iranians have enjoyed free and state-run medicine. As in the days of the great Jamshid Shah, this very valuable decree was issued for the treatment of the poor:
Medicine and treatment of every patient in health and the path of life
And during the reign of Shahanshah Bahram-e-Gor, the first steps of a free and social kingdom were taken.
Let us give a treasure to someone who is a dervish,
Whoever dies without his own will and something remains in excess
I will give a treasure to a dervish, I do not need a treasure, I do not close my heart
